Complex Claims Specialist Accident (h/f/d)

What awaits you

• Autonomously manage complex accident insurance (LAA) files
• Analyze and verify insurance coverages
• Examine the right to benefits and ensure their payment in accordance with legal provisions and internal directives
• Evaluate the right to a pension and rule on long-term benefits
• Draft various types of formal decisions, including decisions on the granting, refusal, reduction, or suppression of benefits, decisions relating to causality, the right to a disability pension, or compensation for loss of bodily integrity
• Collaborate closely with insured persons, employers, doctors, medical experts, lawyers, social insurances, and other external partners

Your skills

• CFC Commercial Employee - Federal Diploma in social insurance - Bachelor/master in law - or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex LAA claims
• Good knowledge of German and/ or English and Italian is welcome
• Comfortable with standard IT tools
• Strong sense of organization, deadline management, and ability to handle a significant workload
• Empathy and interpersonal skills
• Availability from 1st December 2026, or date to be agreed
