We are looking for a junior MDC technician in prototyping Job summary : Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of assigned technology by performing technical/maintenance interventions (process adjustments, adjustments, machine problem solving, scheduled maintenance) in order to achieve and improve target volumes, quality and efficiency performance in prototype manufacturing. Main responsibilities : Production process and equipment adjustment Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of assigned technology and perform all quality and operational adjustments to ensure a continuous manufacturing process and products that meet quality standards and specifications. Monitor the condition of machines and production equipment, adjust and solve mechanical problems in order to achieve and improve targeted quality and efficiency. Accurately and integrity document all production activities, controls, cleaning, maintenance, adjustments and settings in available documents and in accordance with applicable procedures (e.g. logbooks, databases, tracking files, etc.). RRP : Ensure correct filling of Batch Records and Master Batch Records during production. 3\. Troubleshooting : Ensure the proper functioning of assigned equipment, identify and solve machine problems during production and record them in the database/logbook. Analyze and solve technical process problems, breakdowns and quality problems by performing a root cause analysis using the troubleshooting list. Record all breakdowns and adjustments in the computerized system. 4\. Key challenges : Maintain sustained performance, safety and quality on a technology. Solve complex technical problems and ensure maintenance, with in-depth knowledge of machines and the ability to perform preventive maintenance. 5\.
