Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance

Job Information Our diverse logistics buildings and building technology systems are monitored and controlled by a central department at the Altishofen site. For the care of the various systems as well as the processing of projects in this area, we are looking to strengthen the team with you as a Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance (m/f). Area of responsibility • Independent management of partial and overall projects in the new building and renovation sector • Execution scheduling, construction site logistics as well as cost planning and cost tracking • Leading construction meetings including minutes • You create construction/performance descriptions and tenders • You coordinate specialist planners and internal as well as external craftsmen • You organize and supervise the work on the construction site and ensure compliance with our quality requirements • You monitor norms and safety regulations, deadlines and costs • You hand over the construction project including defect correction and warranty acceptance Requirements profile • Completed training in the construction industry • Ideally, initial professional experience in construction management or a comparable function • Further training in the field of construction management, construction planning or construction management is an advantage • Independent, structured and responsible way of working paired with assertiveness • Pronounced cost and quality awareness as well as high team and communication skills • High social competence, leadership strength and quick grasp • Practice-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and focus on order and safety on the construction site • Willingness to travel, mainly within Switzerland • Very good German language skills in word and writing; further language skills are an advantage Offer • Professional infrastructure and working methods • Innovative, exciting projects • Flat hierarchies and collegial interaction • Individual development opportunities • Working in interdisciplinary teams
