For our client in Pratteln, we are immediately seeking a: Senior Operations Engineer (m/w/d) 100% - permanent You will benefit from: •A varied and responsible role in an innovative company in the chemical industry •Exciting maintenance, optimization, and investment projects •Modern production facilities and attractive development opportunities •Attractive employment conditions and long-term perspectives •A collegial, appreciative, and dynamic work environment This is what you can expect: •Ensuring a safe, reliable, and production-ready condition of the technical facilities •Supporting the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing a sustainable maintenance program •Leading maintenance projects, CAPEX projects, and plant shutdowns, including planning, coordination, and implementation •Conducting weakness analyses and criticality analyses, as well as developing and implementing sustainable optimization measures •Evaluating and introducing new technologies in the field of process engineering •Being responsible for the maintenance budget and the operational CAPEX budget in close coordination with the Maintenance Manager and the department management •Supporting the operations assistants with complex process engineering questions •Contributing to the creation and updating of risk analyses and continuously improving safety standards This is what characterizes you: •A successfully completed degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field (Master of Science or Master of Engineering) •Several years of professional experience as an operations engineer, process engineer, or in a comparable position within the chemical industry •In-depth knowledge of chemical process engineering and industrial production processes •Willingness to quickly acquire in-depth SAP knowledge •Passion for complex chemical-technical processes and continuous process optimization •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach •Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility, and pronounced communication skills •Leadership skills with a focus on promoting and demanding, self-responsibility, proactive work, as well as an open, appreciative, and binding leadership culture You have the talent, we offer the platform!
