Our client is an established company in Central Switzerland and is among the leading providers in the areas of field technology, industrial climbing, as well as training and consulting. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a motivated leadership personality in the field of field technology. You will take on responsibility, manage construction sites, and actively contribute your experience and know-how.

Your tasks

• Supervising customers, clients, principals as well as taking over construction management
• Leading and coordinating construction sites and projects in the Innerschweiz region
• Responsible for schedule monitoring, material procurement, and personnel deployment planning
• Creating and processing offers, calculating projects and services
• Controlling costs, hours, and daily work reports as well as creating technical documentation
• Creating reports and measurements

Your profile

• Training in the main or secondary construction industry (mason, scaffolder, roofer, carpenter, gardener, or forestry worker) preferably with professional experience in field technology
• Further training as Techniker HF Bauführung, Holztechniker HF Holzbau, Bauführer, or Techn. Kaufmann (or still in training)
• Good MS-Office and ERP are an advantage, SORBA knowledge
• Motivated personality with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a team-oriented leadership style
• Responsible, innovative, and committed personality with high personal responsibility, an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as a team-oriented leadership style
• German: stylistically proficient (C2)
