Technical Project Management

As a competence center for digital transformation in criminal justice, HIS Schweiz provides supportive assistance to all authorities and stakeholders in the criminal justice chain (police, public prosecutor's office, court, penal system). With a team of currently around 25 people, we accompany the Confederation, Cantons, and authorities on the path to digitalization and standardization -- from consulting to implementation. In this way, we create the foundation to transition step by step from paper-intensive working methods to electronic legal transactions and to realize the vision of fully digitized working in criminal proceedings. We are looking for a committed person as Technical Project Management (80--100 %). In this function, with your technical know-how and your project management competence, you will lead the technical sub-project of the electronic penal execution files (eJVAkte). You will develop sound decision-making bases and manage the implementation from a technical-professional perspective. You will consistently orient yourself according to the principles of quality and interoperability, keep risks, specifications, and the concerns of the various stakeholder groups in view, and ensure transparent communication. Help us actively shape the electronic penal execution files and thus the digital transformation of the Swiss penal system. What you move * You are responsible for the technical sub-project of the eJVAkte, advise the overall project management on technical questions, and prepare decision-making bases, effort estimates, and risk assessments. * You further develop the technical target, integration, and interface architecture of the eJVAkte and develop solution variants, concepts, and technical target images. * You coordinate the technical requirements with suppliers of specialist applications, DMS, and other peripheral systems and parties. * You manage Proof of Concepts, pilot projects, and technical tests, accompany the rollout, and ensure the successful transfer into operation. * You assess offers and implementation proposals, participate in tenders, procurement, and contract bases, and ensure viable, sustainable solutions. * You support the development and further development of technical standards, for example in the eCH environment.
