Our client is an internationally active corporate group based in Zug. To strengthen the Finance team, we are looking for an analytically strong and technically savvy personality who will drive the further development of the financial system landscape as well as the optimization of group-wide reporting and data processes.

Job Description ##

• Responsibility for the Microsoft Business Central ERP system including administration, further development and optimization of processes and workflows
• Support in the introduction and integration of LucaNet as a group consolidation and planning solution
• Ensuring data integration between ERP, CRM, reporting, BI and other financial systems
• Construction, maintenance and monitoring of data interfaces as well as ensuring data quality and consistency
• Creation, further development and automation of financial and management reports
• Analysis and optimization of existing reporting, forecasting and controlling processes
• Close cooperation with Finance, Data Engineering, IT and international stakeholders
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements from a systems perspective
• Creation of documentation, tests and training for end users
• Collaboration on digitalization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance or comparable training
• Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function in the field of Finance Systems, Business Analysis, Reporting or Financial Controlling
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with financial and reporting processes as well as a good understanding of balance sheets, income statements and group reporting
• Knowledge of LucaNet, Power BI or comparable reporting and consolidation solutions is an advantage
• Very good Excel skills, especially in the area of data preparation, Power Query and reporting
• High affinity for systems, data flows, interfaces and process automation
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Very good German and English skills
