To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented After-Sales Service Technician. AFTER-SALES SERVICE TECHNICIAN EXT./INT. Your mission Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the operations manager, you ensure the performance and reliability of our customers' equipment. Your responsibilities include: • Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out revisions, troubleshooting and maintenance work on machines, directly on-site at the customer or within our workshop. • Diagnosis: Identifying, analyzing and quickly resolving technical faults and malfunctions. • Advice & Training: Accompanying, advising and training customers to guarantee optimal and safe use of their machines. • Technical follow-up: Preparing spare parts lists and documenting interventions for the preparation of future repair offers. Your profile Training: Holder of a CFC d-automaticien, polymécanicien or a title deemed equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar after-sales service technician position. Key skills: Mastery of machine tool programming (experience with FANUC and HEIDENHAIN) and good ease with IT tools. Languages: French native speaker, good knowledge of German and/or English, an asset. License: Category B driving license mandatory (regular travel to be expected).
