Your tasks

• Management and coordination of Central Services / Administration
• Deputy in human resources including payroll and social insurance
• Co-responsible for insurance, IT / digitalization and events
• Co-responsible for marketing, communication and corporate appearance
• Budget monitoring and optimization of internal processes in coordination with the GL

Your profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in administration, human resources or comparable functions
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and good communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and common digital applications
• Organizational talent and the ability as well as flexibility to manage various tasks simultaneously
