To strengthen its planning team, the company is now looking for an independent and committed specialist as Mason as Foreman / Supervisor, 100% (w/m/d) Tasks • You are responsible for the independent management and organization of construction sites, mainly for agricultural construction projects • You will take over the technical and personnel management of a team with about 4 masons • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring work is also part of your daily tasks • Additionally, you ensure timely and high-quality execution • Handling material orders and reporting are also part of your responsibilities • You are also the contact person for builders, planners, and internal departments Requirements • You have completed an apprenticeship as a mason EFZ or have completed a comparable training in the construction industry (w/m/d) • Further training as a foreman or supervisor is an advantage • Experience in managing employees on construction sites makes your work easier • A driver's license category B and good German language skills are required • A careful approach to work, good coordination skills, assertiveness, and natural leadership qualities are highly valued • Do you consider yourself physically fit and well-organized?
