For the Service-Center Technik und Material department, an experienced personality is required immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You lead and coordinate the workshop, support the technical management, and accompany employees as well as apprentices in their professional development. • You are responsible for the procurement of material and spare parts as well as stock and inventory management. • You schedule, monitor, and coordinate repair and service orders in the workshop and on-site. • You carry out repairs and service work, solve technical problems, and maintain contact with manufacturers and suppliers. • You promote the further development of the workshop, participate in projects and product evaluations, ensure occupational safety, and continuously develop your technical skills. Profile ## • Completed training as an Automobil-Mechatronikerin or Landmaschinenmechanikerin EFZ or equivalent technical training with experience in the maintenance of cleaning and maintenance machines • Several years of professional experience in the specialist area as well as proven independence and leadership experience • Sound mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic expertise; good MS-Office skills, SAP skills are an advantage • Strong understanding of technical contexts as well as a solution-oriented, economical, and precise way of working with high social competence • Independent, resilient, and reliable personality with high teamwork skills, assertiveness, and a goal-oriented way of working We offer ## An attractive working environment, modern employment conditions with good social benefits, and a structured induction.
