• Zürich • Fixed • 80-100% • Real Estate Trading/Management Tasks • Execution and organization of apartment inspections and handovers • Execution of viewings and processing of interested party inquiries • Monitoring of deadlines, contracts, and administrative processes • Creation of reports and documentation for owners • Communication with owners, tenants, tradespeople, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers Requirements • Completed commercial vocational training (EFZ) • Further training as a Real Estate Property Manager (e.g., Real Estate Property Manager with federal professional diploma) or professional experience in real estate management is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in real estate management • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Service-oriented and competent appearance • Driver's license Cat.
