Nursing Specialist as Deputy Team Lead (80-100 %) m/f/d

Your tasks – combining nursing and responsibility:

• Holistic nursing and care of our residents
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing processes
• Taking over daily responsibility and ensuring smooth processes
• Support of the team lead with organizational and administrative tasks
• Deputizing for the team lead in their absence and acting as a contact person for the team
• Ensuring nursing documentation as well as professional medication processes
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialists

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, dipl. Pflegefachperson, or equivalent
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High social competence and empathy
• Resilience, flexibility, as well as teamwork and communication skills
• Patient- and resource-oriented action
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment of professional nursing as well as administrative and organizational activities
