Clerk of Court 80 - 100% # The Administrative Court is the highest cantonal judicial instance in the field of administrative and constitutional law. The 4th Department deals with appeals in the fields of foreign nationals, personnel, education and civil rights, political rights, the commercial register, information rights, financial equalization and state contributions, hunting, agriculture, fishing, building insurance, civil status, hospitality and culture.   To complement our team, we are looking for a Clerk of Court 80-100% as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ### As a Clerk of Court, you will draft proposed judgments, participate in hearings in an advisory capacity, and are responsible for the drafting of judgments. Profile ### Following your legal studies completed with very good qualifications at a Swiss university, you have already gained professional experience and demonstrated your interest in public law issues through practical or scientific activity. Ideally, you possess the attorney's license and/or a doctorate. Swiss citizenship is generally required.   You recognize the essentials and can quickly grasp complex facts as well as present them in an easily understandable manner. Your strengths lie in your structured and analytical approach as well as in your meticulous way of working. The interesting and varied work requires the ability for precise legal work and linguistic fluency in the drafting and editing of judgments. In doing so, you also enjoy familiarizing yourself with previously unknown issues and legal areas.
