To complement our team, we are looking for our branch in Ziefen (BL) a group leader for special waste - 100% (m/w/d) Group Leader for Special Waste - 100% (m/w/d) Your tasks: Active participation in operations, particularly in the triage of special waste Organization of processes and workflows in the department - and fine triage Personnel management and control of work performed Optimization of throughput numbers and cost optimization Regular safety checks Coordination of deliveries, collections and special trips Organization of special waste collections in municipalities as well as clean-up and disposal actions for customers Monthly inventory reports You have: Completed vocational training in a chemical-technical environment Professional experience in an operational and chemical work environment Several years of experience in personnel management Driver's license category B and forklift license are desirable Good verbal and written understanding of the German language, knowledge of French is desirable Punctuality, stress resistance, reliability and a thorough approach characterize you We offer you: A modern working environment in a constantly evolving company.
