Your role within our house: You welcome and advise our demanding Swiss and international clientele when purchasing brand watches, as well as jewelry and precious stones, offering a premium service. You build, develop, and retain our clientele. You are a brand ambassador, analyzing and managing quantities and ensuring a presentation that enhances the product. You manage data using the Salesforce management system, ensuring their quality. You take charge of administrative tasks inherent to sales, such as emails, after-sales service management, inventory, transfer, and receipt of goods. You ensure impeccable information flow between colleagues and actively support them. You stay up-to-date with trends and follow training to stay at the forefront of the key disciplines of your profession. Your profile: You are passionate about watchmaking and have an affinity for jewelry. You have several years of experience in selling watch products, in high-end services, or in luxury hospitality. You possess a keen sense of service and exemplary client orientation. You have ideally completed training as a Retail Manager (CFC) in the field of sales consulting in jewelry/jewelry and watchmaking. Your native language is French, you have an excellent command of English, and any additional language would be an asset. You are comfortable with computer system management. You distinguish yourself by your professional rigor and attention to detail, which makes a difference for our clientele.
