In the context of the retirement of the person currently in the position, the UPCGe is looking for: A training manager Your mission As training manager, you ensure the coordination, development, and supervision of the entire pedagogical sector. You are responsible for the recruitment, training, and support of volunteer trainers as well as the strategic development of the institution's training offer. Your main responsibilities * Lead and develop the entire pedagogical sector of the institution * Guarantee the quality of training and the continuous improvement of pedagogical practices * Recruit, train, and support volunteer trainers * Supervise pedagogical staff and delegated activities * Ensure the operational coordination of training programs * Participate in the strategic development of the institution and represent the UPCGe to its partners Your profile * Federal Brevet of adult trainer (BFFA / FFA-FSEA) or title deemed equivalent required * Diploma in teaching French as a foreign language (FLE) or title deemed equivalent required * DELF and/or fide examiner certification required * Confirmed experience in teaching French as a foreign language to an adult audience * Experience in the design and management of training systems * Experience in the recruitment, supervision, and support of volunteers * Good knowledge of the Geneva network for adult training and integration * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills * Ease in networking and in an associative environment We offer * A varied and meaningful role within a committed institution * A collaborative and stimulating work environment * Great autonomy in conducting pedagogical projects * The opportunity to contribute directly to the integration and training of adults in Geneva Conditions * Activity rate: 80 % - 100% * Workplace: Genève * Hours: to be agreed * Availability: holidays must be taken during Geneva school holiday periods * Start date: 1st January 2027 or to be agreed Université Populaire du Canton de Genève (UPCGe) * Université Populaire du Canton de Genève (UPCGe) Rue du Vuache 23 1201 Genève * [ ](< >) jpid7035231jm jpit0938jm jpiy26jm
