As a Senior Financial Controller, you will strengthen our Finance team at Zurich Schweiz and take on a central role in the cost controlling of our insurance and pension solutions. You will analyze cost development, be responsible for planning and forecasting processes, and support our reporting teams as well as product managers as a competent Finance Business Partner. With your analytical eye and your initiative, you will create transparency, identify optimization potential, and make an important contribution to the efficient financial steering of our business. What awaits you * You analyze and comment on the monthly and quarterly cost development of our insurance and pension products and prepare the results in a target-group-oriented manner. * You are responsible for budgeting, medium-term financial planning, and regular forecasting of segment and product costs, analyze deviations, and derive concrete recommendations for action. * You act as a Finance Business Partner for reporting teams and product managers, question cost drivers, and support sound financial decisions. * You further develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and data-based analyses and drive the standardization and automation of our controlling processes. * You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to improve our financial systems, data quality, and cost control.
