Sales & Service Employee – MELT Zürich (80–100%)

For our new MELT Store in Zürich, we are looking for motivated, open, and reliable employees who enjoy direct customer contact and a modern gastronomy and sales concept.

MELT stands for high-quality cookies, coffee, matcha, soft ice, and a modern store experience. Our new location is centrally located in Zürich and is expected to open in early November 2026.

Your tasks

• Friendly advice and service for our customers
• Sale and presentation of our cookies and other products
• Preparation of coffee, matcha, and other drinks
• Preparation and distribution of soft ice and other products
• Operating the cash register and processing payments
• Replenishing and presenting the sales products
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the entire store
• Preparation of the store before opening and assistance with the daily closing
• Support with orders, goods receipt, and inventory management
• Contribution to a positive and high-quality customer experience

What you bring with you

• Joy in dealing with people and a strong service orientation
• Friendly, well-groomed, and sympathetic appearance
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Resilience and flexibility, even with high customer volume
• Readiness for shifts during the week as well as partly on weekends
• Good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Experience in gastronomy, sales, café, or service is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Interest in coffee, matcha, and modern food concepts
