Night owl with a heart wanted! Who we are In our small nursing home in Binningen, things run a bit more personally. We care for and look after 32 elderly people, predominantly suffering from dementia. We are 55 colleagues, distributed across two locations - everyone knows each other, everyone helps each other. Short distances and genuine togetherness are not empty words on paper for us, but lived everyday reality. For our night watch team, we are looking for reinforcement as of 1 August 2026 (or by arrangement). Healthcare Specialist (EFZ) Your area of responsibility • You are responsibly present for around 16 residents at night and ensure professional care and support. • You precisely prepare the medication for one to two weeks. • You maintain the nursing documentation exactly and conscientiously. • You are flexible enough to step in for the late shift in real exceptional cases. What you bring with you • A completed training as a healthcare specialist (FaGe EFZ) or an equivalent qualification. • You have a heart for people with dementia and approach them even at night with empathy, patience, and a pinch of humor. • You appreciate working independently at night, are reliable, and like to take on responsibility.
