Your tasks

• Organization, preparation and execution of small and large construction sites in compliance with safety regulations and quality management.
• Leading the assembly team and ensuring personnel time management
• Material procurement taking into account economic efficiency and ecology
• Monitoring and compliance with deadlines
• Participation in construction meetings
• Coordination and communication with specialist planning, site management and third-party companies
• Expert advice and support for our customers
• Interface between project management and project execution

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or Assembly Electrician EFZ as well as professional experience
• Motivation and passion to achieve goals together, as well as enjoyment of customer contact, distinguish you
• Thanks to your solution-oriented, flexible and responsible nature, you master even demanding situations reliably and with quality awareness
• As a team player with high initiative and assertiveness, you are used to leading your employees in a goal-oriented manner
