What you accomplish ###

• Replacement in case of absence of the manager or their deputy
• Supervision of all service stations and working at one service station
• Active selling, additional sales, up-selling, cross-selling
• Introduction of new collaborators and motivation of service employees
• Handling payments from customers
• Writing menus, inventory, emails, cash register, etc.

What you bring ###

• Training: Completed vocational apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialization: Hotel/tourism school with federal diploma or successful basic training with federal certificate of capacity and advanced professional examination in the field of gastronomy, an asset
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in service in Italian gastronomy
• A passion for the role of host. Customer service is central to you. You apply this service philosophy without compromise and act as a role model
• A great affinity for gastronomy
• IT skills
• German (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
