To strengthen our Research and Development department, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as Project Manager / Senior Engineer Lighting Development (m/f/d) 100% These are your tasks You lead lighting development projects from the concept idea to series production maturity. You create and maintain project plans, milestones and risk management. You coordinate internal specialist departments as well as external development partners. You actively participate in CAD construction, product maintenance and the setup of the PDM-/PLM- system. You control the stage-gate process and ensure that the projects are implemented according to schedule, budget and quality. This is what you bring with you You convince with a basic technical education and a degree at HF or FH level in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, design technology or a comparable specialist field. You know product development from practice and ideally bring several years of experience from the lighting industry as well as with ODM-/OEM- projects. You are technically proficient in LED technology, photometry, optics and electronics. You are experienced in using CAD tools, preferably Autodesk Inventor, as well as PLM- and ERP systems. You tackle tasks independently, solution-oriented and with a high quality standard – always with a view to the needs of our customers.
