To strengthen our team and to expand the "Debt Asset Management" business unit, we are looking for a committed personality as an Investment Manager / Senior Investment Manager (80-100%) per immediately or by arrangement at our location in Zug in the Analysis, Origination & Servicing (AOS) team. Do you think entrepreneurially, recognize opportunities and risks early on and bring financing cases to a successful conclusion efficiently? Then become part of our Debt Asset Management team and accompany demanding real estate financings from analysis to repayment. Based on your experience, you will join us as an Investment Manager or Senior Investment Manager. Your tasks You analyze and structure real estate financings along the entire credit process. You check financing requests and carry out the necessary due diligence investigations with a focus on the collateral object as well as the creditworthiness and credit capacity of the borrower. You derive an independent assessment and clear recommendation for action from this and prepare well-founded credit applications for the responsible decision-making bodies. You accompany the implementation of the financings and are in close exchange with borrowers as well as internal and external stakeholders. You handle the creation of land charges in cooperation with notary offices and land registries. You manage and monitor existing engagements until full repayment. As a Senior Investment Manager, you additionally take on the professional guidance and support of Investment Managers. What you bring with you Higher education in Finance, Banking, Real Estate or a comparable field of study. Relevant professional experience in the field of real estate financing, credit analysis or Real Estate Investments. Understanding of annual financial statements and business contexts as well as the ability to make well-founded assessments of the financial situation of borrowers. Basic knowledge of Swiss land charge law as well as understanding of the creation and processing of land charges. Analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working and strong initiative. Confident appearance in customer contact as well as stylish communication in German. Enjoyment of taking responsibility and finding the best solution together in a team.
