Directrice / Directeur (100%) You are a recognized personality for your integrity, your initiative spirit and have been successfully engaged for several years in the field of specialized education for children with specific educational needs. The Institut Notre-Dame de Lourdes welcomes around 70 children (from 4 to 18 years old) and offers quality educational, therapeutic and school supervision. A boarding school completes the system. Pragmatic, you are looking for a management position in which - in concert with the Association Committee - you will participate in developing the Institution. Your missions: • Lead the Institution with kindness, in a participatory mode, integrating with intelligence all stakeholders (children, parents, executives and collaborators of the Institute, the State) as well as all network partners. • Ensure the governance of the Institute in concert with the Association Committee to which you report in the interest of the children, including the management of human and financial resources. • Guarantee the mandate and quality of services that link the Institute's missions to the State's requirements. • Participate in making the Institute a reference pole, notably by promoting synergies between pedagogical, educational and therapeutic teams. • Promote an internal and external communication policy. Start date: January 1, 2027 Workplace: Sierre Application deadline: July 15, 2026 Profile description ## Your profile: • Holder of a DAS in institution management or equivalent training, you have an academic background related to specialized pedagogy, with post-training in institution and team management. • Benefiting from confirmed experience of several years in the management of a similar structure. • Proven knowledge of the Valaisan and Romance context in terms of specialized pedagogy. • Mastery of both languages (French/German). • Unifier and able to develop network work.
