Care of chronically ill patients (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, depression)

Individual treatment planning and coordination of specialists, therapies, and diagnostics

Documentation in the digital system and active shaping of everyday practice life

Your profile – Professionally competent, personally convincing

Specialist title General Medicine FMH or equivalent MEBEKO recognition

Entry in the MedReg (Kanton Thurgau)

Interest in long-term patient loyalty and medical further development

Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and modern primary care

Very good German skills, other languages welcome
