An F&B Coordinator

Le Groupe Téléverbier offers its customers (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and its slopes at 3300m altitude. In peak season, it employs nearly 500 collaborators. An F&B Coordinator # We are looking for our "Restauration" department: Your missions: • Participation in the seasonal opening and closing of points of sale; • Management and processing of order slips and deliveries; • Programming and monitoring of the cash register system (Ikentoo); • Participation in events related to catering; • Monitoring and control of working time scheduling; • Support for monthly closings; • Control, monitoring and analysis of inventories; • Preparation of various reports. Your profile: • Training in catering and hotel management; • Experience in catering; • Organized and methodical; • Good level of skiing or snowboarding; • Mastery of basic IT tools (Office suite); • Fluent French, good basic knowledge of English; • Flexible and available, working on weekends and public holidays.
