Your tasks

• You are responsible for the processing, calculation and payment of family allowances, loss of earnings, maternity and paternity compensation.
• You process claims for reimbursement as well as back payments and ensure general support and control.
• You handle various correspondence and process reports from the family allowance register.
• You provide telephone and written information.

Your competencies

• You have a commercial education with experience in a clerical function.
• Preferably, you bring knowledge in the area of fiduciary, taxes or social insurance.
• You have a flair for numbers and very good oral and written expression.
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations and have a quick grasp of things.
• You value teamwork and practice respectful and appreciative interaction.
