Your tasks

• Language expert in the background: You love the German language and juggle words with stylistic confidence. Whether sophisticated correspondence or legally secure contracts -- you bring complex matters to paper precisely and error-free
• Reliable hub: You have the team's back, take responsibility for administrative processes, and maintain an overview at all times in daily business
• Organizational talent: Priorities, structure, and order are not a must for you, but a passion, and you can communicate with everyone in a way that works
• Seal of quality: You are the internal safety net and have a sense for what needs to be kept an eye on. Before messages and documents leave the house, you give them the final touch and ensure that every detail is perfect and the target group is addressed correctly

Your profile

• You have a commercial vocational training and have already been able to gain initial experience in the assistant field
• Your German (C2) is top-notch. You love to formulate precisely, and your written correspondence makes an impression

• You have MS-Office under control. You use apps and AI tools effectively and efficiently to achieve and communicate valuable results
• When things get hectic, you keep a cool head, filter the important from the urgent, and know all relevant priorities
• It is in your personality that you live discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness out of conviction
• Reliability and identification are a matter of course for you, and one can rely on your word
• You are quick on your feet, like to roll up your sleeves, are not too good to pack in or out, or in other words: you love the ticking of an SME
