For our residential construction projects in timber construction, we are looking for a construction site manager with manual skills, a background in wood and organizational flair for the Aargau Ost region. Together with our carpentry department and the department for timber structures, Hüsser Immobau AG plans, builds and manages residential properties for its own portfolio. CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER (m/f) YOUR CHALLENGE Planning, organization and management of larger new construction projects, (each approx. 30-100 residential units) Estimating, creating requests for quotes, creating work contracts Execution/quality controls, scheduling/control Leadership of internal employees and coordination of external craftsmen Conducting measurements, cost controls Construction management for renovation projects, warranty work and rectification of construction defects ___ YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Completed vocational training as a carpenter or Further training as a construction site manager/architect/draftsman EFZ Good CAD skills/MS Project experience Enjoyment and interest in functional technical detail solutions Correspondence in German ___ MORE THAN JUST A JOB - YOUR BENEFITS WITH US.
