Your tasks and responsibilities include: Teamleader HR-Management 100% (w/m/d) - Securitas Basel What you can achieve: Implementation responsibility for processes, guidelines, regulations, and instructions Budget and results responsibility Quality-oriented service provision to maintain a positive image Information responsibility towards the Head of HR-Management & Training and the Regional Director Ensuring that uniformed employees are acquired, selected, and hired and that personnel marketing measures are taken Conducting recruitment and disciplinary interviews and First Level Support for labor law issues Coordinating recruitment needs in collaboration with the Management department and personnel planning Supporting the Regional Director and the line in the area of succession planning and talent management Creating and maintaining HR statistics and collecting HR key figures in the sub-process Holding regular info and team meetings Driving process optimizations in agreement with superiors What you bring: Solid commercial basic training and completed further education as an HR specialist Quick comprehension and networked thinking Open, pragmatic, and goal-oriented way of working Enriching personality What we offer: We offer you a challenging position in Basel in a private sector environment.
