Our client is a valuable member of the Lucerne state organization that has grown through long-term development and undertakes various tasks. These include the care and use of the forest, the leasing and maintenance of agricultural properties, the rental and management of apartments, the management of land reserves in residential and industrial zones, as well as the management of municipal assets in the interest of the citizens.

Your tasks

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Responsibility for lease management and utility cost billing
• Personal support of tenants
• Maintaining contact with owners and the management body
• Coordinating maintenance and tradespeople
• Collaborating on renovation and new construction projects

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or many years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Experience in managing small/medium portfolios
• Ideally experience with public law or institutional owners
• Good IT skills and experience with AbaImmo is an advantage
• High commitment and efficient way of working as well as assertiveness and reliability
• Independent and responsible way of working and enjoyment of contact with people, authorities, and trade
• German: Stylistically proficient (C2)
