Team Leader Logistics 100% (m/f/d) - Site establishment Oberbuchsiten

Do you want to not only lead processes but also actively help shape a new logistics site? For our client, a company of the Migros-Gruppe, we are looking for a committed and assertive personality as Team Leader Logistics 100% for the establishment of the new site in Oberbuchsiten.

Tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the logistics team
• Responsibility for shift planning, personnel deployment, and further development of employees
• Ensuring compliance with processes, standards, and work instructions
• Operational responsibility for picking, palletizing, and freight forwarding processing
• Establishment and optimization of efficient logistics processes
• Implementation and monitoring of hygiene, quality, and biosafety specifications
• Close cooperation with production, dispatch, transport, and operations management
• Active participation in the site establishment as well as in the introduction of new processes and digital tools
• Promotion of a performance-oriented and appreciative team culture

Profile

• Several years of leadership experience as a team leader or shift leader in logistics or production
• Ideally experience in the food industry
• Completed vocational training EFZ in the field of logistics, food technology, or comparable
• Further training as a team leader or logistics specialist is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written (at least level B2)
• Sound knowledge of core logistic processes
• Experience in process optimization and standardization
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ERP, warehouse, or picking systems
• Pronounced leadership strength and high social competence
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic establishment phase
• Valid forklift license (cross-over and/or pedestrian stacker)
