Nursing assistant (60–100%) Goal of the position As a nursing assistant, you support the nursing specialists in the care and support of our residents or clients. You contribute to their well-being, their safety and their quality of life and promote a respectful and appreciative atmosphere. Your main tasks Support with basic care according to the care plan Help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing as well as with mobilization Support with food intake and drinking Accompanying and caring for the residents in everyday life Assistance with domestic activities in the care area Observation of the state of health and passing on changes to the nursing specialists Documentation of the services performed according to internal specifications Participation in compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team as well as support with organizational tasks Your profile Completed training as a nursing assistant SRK or equivalent recognized training Joy in dealing with older or people in need of care Empathy, patience and sense of responsibility Independent, reliable and careful way of working Teamwork skills as well as good communication skills Good German skills in speaking and writing Readiness for shift, weekend and holiday services
