Your tasks

• Get to know various departments and gain insights into public administration
• Process diverse administrative tasks independently and take on responsibility
• Assist customers by telephone, in writing, as well as personally at the reception and counter
• Get to know legal basics and dive into the tasks of the Steuerverwaltung
• Plan and execute your own work or projects independently

Your profile

• Completion of Sekundar- or Realschule with corresponding further education class
• Good oral and written expression in German
• Quick comprehension, independent way of working, flair for numbers as well as trustworthiness in dealing with sensitive data
• Good MS-Office knowledge and mastery of the 10-finger system
