Junior IT Support & Digital Workplace Technician (M/F) Arc jurassien "- CDI, 100% For one of our clients, a Swiss industrial group active in a high-precision sector, we are looking for a support technician to join the headquarters' IT team. Modern technological environment, wide scope, direct proximity to users. Your role You are the preferred interlocutor for headquarters employees (approximately 65 users) for everything related to their digital working environment. Your missions • Ensure level 1 and 2 user support • Process requests and incidents via the ticketing tool • Accompany employees in getting to grips with digital tools • Manage user accounts and access in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 • Administer at the first level Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive • Participate in the management of the professional smartphone fleet • Ensure the follow-up of software licenses • Contribute to headquarters' IT projects • Write and maintain IT documentation • Apply and promote cybersecurity best practices Your profile • CFC in IT or training deemed equivalent • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support • Good mastery of Windows 11 • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID • Experience in support and administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) • Sensitivity to cybersecurity best practices • Sense of service, excellent communication, autonomy and rigor • Fluent French; professional English is an asset A plus, without being indispensable: ShareFile, M-Files, Sage, Intune, macOS, notions of PowerShell.
