Now we are looking for you to enrich our team in Winterthur as a dedicated and competent Service Assistant (m/f/d) and to shape the future of mobility together with us.

Your tasks:

• Customer Support & Service Consultation: At the reception, you are the first point of contact for our customers, advising them competently and ensuring that they feel comfortable with us.
• Representation: You represent our company with a professional and friendly appearance, both in person and on the telephone.
• Vehicle Reception & Handover: You receive our customers' vehicles and return them professionally after the service.
• Appointment Coordination: You organize workshop appointments, act as the link between the workshop and customers, and work closely with our sales team and additionally with the dispatch.

Your profile:

• You are a dynamic and communicative personality between the ages of 20 and 45.
• You have completed vocational training and ideally a successfully completed commercial further education.
• High willingness to perform and flexibility are a matter of course for you.
• You keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
• German is your native language, foreign language skills are an advantage.
