Your area of responsibility:

• You ensure the timely completion and execution of repair and service orders for bicycles and e-bikes
• The preparation of new vehicles and professional bicycle assembly are your responsibility
• With your commitment, you take over service reception and handover, always aiming to ensure a smooth process
• You monitor the goods and spare parts in our warehouse to ensure efficient and well-organized inventory management
• Through your helpful and competent advice, you ensure that our customers are always well-informed

Our requirements:

• You have basic training as a bicycle mechanic with a federal certificate of competency
• Sound industry knowledge in the field of bicycles, bikes, and e-bikes is mandatory
• You are a reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• A precise way of working as well as a strong sense of order, cleanliness, and clear structures characterize you
