Quality Engineer Production

Due to an internal change, we are looking for a Quality Engineer for our modern production site in beautiful Seewis, effective immediately. This position deals with the rather strategic aspects of the quality function, but also works very closely with the operational colleagues on site. This combination justifies the attractiveness of this position, which is particularly suitable for experienced QA professionals who are strong both technically and conceptually and are looking for a corresponding challenge. The position reports directly to the Head of Quality and Environmental Management. Your tasks Support of production in all quality matters Problem analyses and definition of RCCM measures Continuous Improvement and process management, support of digitalization in production Collaboration with the global functions in the group Conducting internal audits, supplier audits and supplier development Environmental management in cooperation with the global functions Your profile Higher education, e.g. Ing. education FH specializing in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, or Techniker HF Ideally 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar function Good knowledge of the operational realities in a production plant Structured way of working and strong analytical skills (numbers, processes, systems), knowledge in SAP QM Collaborative way of working and engaging communication (cross-functional and at all levels) Fluent German and English skills Files from consultancies will not be accepted.
