Plasterer M/F

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a Plasterer (M/F) Your missions: • Prepare supports (cleaning, preparation, protection of work areas) before application. • Perform interior and/or exterior plastering work according to the rules of the art. • Assemble and install finishing elements (coatings, tapes, joints, cladding) to obtain a clean and regular finish. • Apply and smooth coatings and mortars (bonding layers, leveling, finishing) while respecting thicknesses. • Control alignment, plumb, and flatness of surfaces before validation. • Perform necessary repairs and corrections to guarantee final quality. • Work in compliance with safety instructions on site. • Collaborate with other trades (masonry, insulation, painting) to ensure good coordination of the work. Required skills: • Confirmed experience in plastering (renovation and/or new construction sites). • Mastery of the application of coatings and mortars (preparation, leveling, finishing). • Ability to perform neat finishes (smoothing, surface regularity, treatment of joints). • Knowledge of substrate preparation techniques and application conditions. • Reading and understanding of site instructions and simple plans. • Sense of organization and strict respect for deadlines. • Autonomy on site and team spirit. • Respect for safety standards and internal procedures. • Driver's license (asset) for site travel. • Training or certification in plastering/masonry (CFC or equivalent) (asset).
