Dispatcher / Tech. Clerk (f/m/d)

Your main tasks

• Execution of efficient and proper dispatching and coordination of the service technicians for air conditioning and dehumidification: appointment scheduling, responsibility for the on-call schedule
• Telephone customer advice; implementation of sales promotion and market development measures
• Order processing: quotations, planning and ensuring order execution, invoicing
• General correspondence and administrative work

Our requirements

• Training as a commercial clerk, preferably in the HVAC sector, or manual training with commercial further education
• High commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Quick comprehension as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Independent and structured working style
• Sound application knowledge of MS Office
• Good oral and written communication skills in German
• Pleasant manners and friendly appearance
