On January 1, 2027, we will open our new residential group and are looking for people who want to actively help shape this special start. For the construction and development of our new offering, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue HF/FH 70-90% starting December 1, 2026, or by arrangement. You can expect not just a new position, but the opportunity to help shape things from the beginning, contribute ideas, and build a lively residential group together with the team. We look forward to personalities who take responsibility, think ahead, and enjoy letting something new emerge.   You want to accompany adolescents on their way to independence and at the same time help shape a new residential group? Then you are in the right place with us. In the future, four adolescents from secondary school, usually from the 8th and 9th grade, will live in the new residential group. Together with them, you will shape everyday life from Monday to Friday, strengthen their personal responsibility, and specifically accompany them on the way towards leaving, an apprenticeship, or a suitable professional follow-up solution.   Schulinternat Redlikon accompanies a total of 32 children and adolescents with school and behavioral difficulties.
