Your tasks

Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair
You look after our medical technology devices directly at our customers throughout Switzerland. This includes the installation, commissioning, maintenance, training, and repair of technically demanding devices.

Independent deployment planning
You plan and coordinate your appointments independently, efficiently, and in an optimized use of resources. In doing so, you ensure reliable and professional customer care.

Documentation of service assignments
You document every assignment carefully with a predefined service report. This ensures a transparent and traceable service quality.

Active sales support
You support our sales team with technical questions, product demonstrations, congresses, and the topic of service contracts.

Internal collaboration
You work closely with sales, internal service, warehouse, and other internal interfaces and contribute to smooth processes.

Further education and training
You occasionally participate in training abroad and continuously expand your specialist knowledge.

Your profile

Technical basic training
You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, automation technician, or a comparable technical training.

Enthusiasm for medical technology
You enjoy technically demanding medical devices and are interested in innovative solutions in a future-oriented industry.

Experience in medical technology an advantage
Ideally, you already bring experience in medical technology. Experience with ophthalmological devices or technical systems in the field of ophthalmology is an advantage.

Very good IT skills
You work confidently with digital tools, service reports, and technical systems.

Language skills
You speak fluent German and have good English skills. French skills are an advantage, especially for assignments in French-speaking Switzerland.

Mobility and willingness to travel
You possess a category B driver's license and bring a willingness to travel for Switzerland-wide customer assignments.
