Project Manager

-Responsibility for the holistic execution of renovation projects, including planning, work preparation, cost calculation, and implementation.
-Effective resource planning and the requesting of required personnel, machines, equipment, materials, and substances.
-Ensuring efficient, smooth, and safe organization of construction site activities.
-Control and assurance of work results regarding quality, safety, compliance with deadlines, and budgets.
-Active advice and support for customers directly on the construction sites.
-Responsibility for risk management and the implementation of necessary measures as well as the continuous monitoring of project progress through effective project controlling.
-Comprehensive responsibility and documentation of all aspects on the construction sites, including the maintenance of work reports.
