Missions:

• You identify the digitalization and automation development strategy
• You define performance and reliability analysis methods
• You develop automation and digitalization projects
• You collaborate with the different departments with a continuous improvement objective
• You test and verify the correct use of machines
• You manage a team of technicians

Profiles:

• You have an engineering or ES technician training in automation
• You already have significant experience in automation or digitalization project management in industry
• You have initial experience in coordination or team management
• You have good interpersonal skills and a sense of service
• You are versatile and autonomous
• You speak French and English (German would be a plus)
