We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Watchmaker Finisher (M/F) Polishing \& Finishing Your mission: You are passionate about watchmaking finishing and are looking for a new challenge within an environment where quality and precision are at the heart of every achievement. We are recruiting Watchmaker Polishers / Finishers to join workshops specialized in the manufacturing of watch case components. Your missions \- Perform polishing, brightening, satinating, deburring, and finishing rework operations on watch components. \- Prepare parts and ensure the various stages of finishing. \- Control the aesthetic and dimensional quality of the produced parts. \- Detect surface defects and perform the necessary touch-ups. \- Ensure production monitoring and associated computer entries. \- Respect quality and safety standards and the requirements of haute horlogerie. Your profile: \- CFC in Polishing, AFP in manual finishing or training deemed equivalent, or 5 years of experience. \- Experience in an industrial environment indispensable. \- Excellent mastery of manual finishing techniques. \- Very good dexterity and sense of detail. \- Ability to control surface states and guarantee irreproachable aesthetic quality. \- Ease with basic computer tools.
