Healthcare Professional Inhouse-Spitex (60-100%)
We offer elderly people a safe and comfortable home – in the heart of Ittigen. Our residence includes 121 apartments as well as a care department with 26 single rooms. At the center of our work are appreciation, humanity, and respectful interaction.
To reinforce our sympathetic nursing team, we are looking for a committed Healthcare Professional Inhouse-Spitex (60-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Regular team meetings where not only organizational matters are discussed
You ensure good quality of work, and give your all so that our residents are satisfied
You implement care processes and monitor compliance with internal instructions (care guidelines, standards, concepts)
You actively assist with internal projects and quality assurance
You ensure professional, safe, and humane care and support for the residents
You assist with the recording of residents and classification according to RAI
You also take on daily responsibility

What you bring with you
A diploma as Healthcare Professional EFZ / FaSRK or DNI with high social competence
RAI knowledge is an advantage
Experience in long-term care
Vocational trainer course or interest in accompanying apprentices
Joy in working with elderly people
