We are looking for an immediate reinforcement of the Group Legal Department: Legal Counsel (m/w/d) 100% # Who is enthusiastic about complex industrial projects and wishes to contribute their potential as an important member of the Group Legal Department in the areas of contract law (with a focus on plant projects) and insurance law. The position requires a high degree of independence and includes responsibility for contract negotiations with national and international business partners as well as for risk management at the group level. You bring an interest in the industrial and construction project industry and appreciate working with contact persons from different cultural backgrounds. Your tasks • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of contracts and commercial documents (works and supplies contracts, license agreements, supplier contracts, etc.) • Proactive and effective advising of group functions as well as subsidiaries on insurance law and insurance technical matters • Conducting negotiations with external business partners (national and international) • Professional cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, whereby the sales department is particularly an important stakeholder. • Development and implementation of strategic initiatives of the Group Legal Department in the area of risk management Your profile • Degree in Law with a Master of Law or lic. iur. degree. • Swiss attorney patent is preferred but is not a mandatory requirement • 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm with a focus on contract law, ideally with a connection to the industrial, plant, or construction project business • Enjoyment of international and interdisciplinary teamwork, as well as strong interpersonal and communicative skills, flexible, organized, efficient, and precise in work. • Strong negotiation skills • High degree of independence and resilience • Pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English We offer • Versatile, international activity with great development opportunities • High degree of personal responsibility and short decision-making paths - direct cooperation with the group management and subsidiaries in over 50 countries • Historic Swiss company with high innovative power and an attractive work location in Hinwil in the Zürcher Oberland For further information, Markus Stingl, Human Resources Manager, is at your disposal.
