Main responsibilities Organize and manage the daily activity of the CNC workshop, ensuring the follow-up of the production plan, priorities and deadlines. Supervise, support and develop the skills of a stable and collaborative team of approximately 12 people. Provide direct technical support on the ground: settings, programming, fine-tuning, optimization and resolution of machining problems. Program and optimize machining on CNC machines, notably via Alphacam and FANUC / Robodrill controls. Guarantee human and technical versatility on the machine park in order to ensure production continuity. Monitor and improve workshop performance: quality, productivity, machining time, flows and working methods.
