What you can achieve

• You lead a team of approx. 19 employees and are responsible for development and communication within the team.
• As a strong leadership duo, you and your deputy create optimal framework conditions for efficient processes.
• Together, you create the deployment planning and design productive team meetings.
• You develop your employees further with concrete goals and stand by them as a coach.
• You lead by example by actively participating in daily business and actively supporting your team.
• Your workday in evening delivery begins between 11.00 and 12.00 and ends between approx. 20.00 and 21.00. You work from Monday to Friday.

• You bring experience in leadership as well as in delivery.
• Your organizational skills help you to set the right priorities in hectic situations.
• You recognize the needs of your employees and create an open and transparent working environment.
• You are physically fit and actively support delivery tours.
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as confident handling of MS-Office complete your profile.

Your benefits at the Post.

We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 76’000 to CHF 81’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may be slightly below or above the range.
